Many chassidim go to Mikveh in the 9 days and I heard that some of them go to the hot pit. Is there any Heter whatsoever by some Poskim or are they blatantly Oiver an Issur?

One who has the custom to immerse in a Mikvah every day, without fail, may immerse in a Mikvah during the 'nine days' provided the water is not hot.

The Piskei Tishuvois brings (Hilchos Tisha B'av) that the Batchacha (at the back of the Shulchan Oruch) says that it is permitted Mikveh but says that one should not go in a hot one. The Piskei Teshuvois then continues and says if there is no hot one a cold one is allowed. Check it up for more details!
