are you allowed to have a hot shower on Erev Shabbos in the 9 Days?

I know you cant have hot showers in the 9 days but can you have one on Erev Shabbos?

One should take a hot shower every day other than Tisha Bav. See this blog post.

1   @YehudaHaMaccabi Because 1) I fully agree with his assessment (not that he needs my haskama); 2) I don't know that 'most poskim argue' as you say (I know another [regular yeshivishe] rav who holds the same way); and finally 3) I cited my source. The Mishnah Brurah says that even normally it is Ossur to have a full body bath even on Erev Shabbos. However When Rosh Chodesh falls on Erev Shabbos (like this year) he says that it is fine!
