In the Likutim Seforim of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman's Psakim, he seems to say it is OK. But check it up because it is a bit more complicated!

Stop looking for a Heter for every second issur under the sun. R' Elyashiv ztz''l once remarked that noone ever came to him to ask these questions when it involved sitting shiva for a relative. The three weeks is a time of mourning and one must do ones utmost to enforce that. Classical music to the musical ear is very pleasurable, (although it doesnt cause most people to jump up and start break dancing) and therefore obviously ossur. I Rest My Case!!!
