what is the name of the sefer that explains all the bad names Chazal used on each other for the good

Chazal very often times use very disparaging epithets on each other! (see this question which instigated this one). Needless to say this requires some explaination. For example Amoraim will say, 'Empty Brain'! And things like that.

There is a Sefer that deals with each one and explains the deeper meanings, does anyone know what it is and where I can get hold of it?
