Is there an Issur Yichud to go in a lift with a woman when the ride will last about 25 seconds?

I live in a large building with only one lift. Many times when the lift arrives there is already a woman inside. When I enter the woman will often leave. Does Halacha forbid Yichud in a lift when the journey takes 20 seconds? Or is it a chumrah? Or is it Am Horaatzes?
