Hello I would like to know in ma case of going with my parents and my brother by doing an Alya, and going back to romania after almost 5 years, and now wanting to get back to Israel, there is a possibility or not to came back??? I did the Alya in 1996, cane back to Romania in 2001, and now i want to go and live in Israel with my husband an daughter.My daughter borned here in Romania and i got married here too.What are my options? Do i have a posibilty or not to come back to my parents that are living there.What does really means Toshav Keva? I visited my parents in 2011 and 2012. Thank you for your answer.
