Let's say you have strong suspicions that someone you know is using the internet the wrong way... you have no idea how long this has been going on or to what extent... What to do?

Does he have a mentor or rabbi that hes close to? Oh,just came up with a great idea! Go onto the guardyoureyes website- I think they have a program where you can send an anonymous email to someone with chizzuk and directions on how to get out of the filth hes in. Or just introduce him the guardyoureyes website.
