Why was the Rosh not bothered by the fact that Yehuda went intentionally to a Zonah? [closed]

The Rosh in Parshas Vayeshev asks a serious question. How could it be that a Tzaddik like Yehuda had relations with a random woman, for all he knew she could have been a Mamzeres or something which is Ossur to marry? The Rosh answers that a Malacha forced him to do it and it wasnt his choice.

My question is, why did the Rosh not ask that even if he knew she was not a Zonah, is that the proper derech of a Yid, much more so of one the Shivteh Koh? The very fact that he went to a Zonah at all even if she was not a Mamzeres needs explanation, so why didnt the Rosh ask that?

How could there be a mamzeres before mattan torah? (I know the Uvos kept mitzvos, but do non-jews that have arayos make kids that are mamzers?) - Parent99Dec 23  '12 at 03:34
