Should we really dance after neilah? [closed]

What do you think about dancing after neilah when your poor wife is waiting to break her fast.

Is it part of the tefillos so therfore stuff her or no, its "frum" at her expense and we should clap ashamnu afterwards.

The Halacha is that women whose husbands delay coming home can make Havdala themselves, so what is the problem?
