In the working class of people no one seems to get worked up about Elul, they just roll into Shul on Rosh Hashana? Why is it so different from the Yeshivishe velt?

The Chisoron is in us "working class" who do not take the seriousness of Elul as we should - It is up to us to join up with the Yeshivishe velt and take time away from working to make changes to our lives

Thats because people who work are generally more stable then people who learn, and Shteig more gradually but constantly then Yeshivishe and dont need an Elul!
