I sometimes see people put their Taleisim over thier Tefillin when they Daven Shemonei Esrei and Shokel away. Is this allowed, doesnt the Mishnah Brurah say that one musnt cover the Tefillin?
Are you allowed to put your talis over your Tefillin?
The mishnah brurah says one shouldnt but Chassidim are Noiheg to do it to boost thier concentration! See Pishkei Teshuvois
